§ 235.14 Notice.
The FRA will publish notice of the filing of an application or a request for reconsideration of an application in theFederal Registerand a copy of such notice will be available at the U.S. Department of Transportation, Docket Operations (M–30), West Building Ground Floor, Room W12–140, 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE., Washington, DC 20590, and on the Federal Docket Management System's Web site at http://www.regulations.gov.
